If you have chosen Assisted Reproductive Techniques (western medical fertility treatments), we work with your medical doctors to coordinate our treatments with your western medical care. If you have chosen to seek only natural fertility enhancement, the all natural approach of our Integrated Dynamic Fertility program is highly effective.

We also offer our D.A.D.S.™ program for men who are either experiencing fertility problems themselves or are in a relationship that is struggling with fertility issues. Just as we believe that women trying to conceive are more than just their wombs, we also believe that their partners are more than just sperm donors. Whether you are trying to conceive naturally or with western fertility treatments, it takes a couple working together and in harmony to bring about successful motherhood and fatherhood. Describe a typical session and how someone might prepare for it:
Our clinic is designed to relieve stress from the first moment you enter. From our compassionate staff to our inviting atmosphere, we want your experience to be as comforting, encouraging, and reassuring as possible.

Every treatment plan is customized and tailored to each individual’s physical, emotional, and spiritual needs as well as to their specific Chinese diagnosis.

Our initial, in depth, two hour consultation and evaluation is at no charge.

We require both the woman and her partner to attend the initial consult. Before the initial consultation the couple will have completed comprehensive health history and fertility questionnaires.

What makes you different/good at what you do:
We are passionate about helping couples achieve their dream of parenthood. We have walked the same path as you.

Our journey began twenty years ago. My wife and I were a second marriage. We each brought a child to that marriage, yet we wanted one of our own.

To our surprise and disappointment, we experienced secondary infertility. My wife was diagnosed with severe endometriosis and I was diagnosed with a varicocele that left me sterile. We developed our own natural protocols, but they didn’t work quickly enough for us (sound familiar?). Our journey included adoption (and never let anyone imply that an adopted child isn’t really your son or daughter), miscarriages, and ultimately the conception and birth our beautiful daughter.

Then, a few years ago, our oldest son, an Air Force officer, was killed. Within a short time, our practice evolved from 10% fertility to 90%. There is not a turn in the road of the fertile journey you are on that we haven’t encountered ourselves.

Our educational, medical, and spiritual training; our very lives, including our passions, heartbreaks and inspiring moments, have allowed us to fulfill our destiny—to help others achieve their dreams of parenthood and to hold in their arms and hearts the child meant just for them.

Perhaps the spirit of our child left this world, so many other spirits of children could enter it through the hearts of couples desperately wanting to be parents.

Describe your education/training:
I am the founder and director of the both the Wahls of Wellness and the Natural Fertility Health Centers. I specialize in women’s health and reproductive wellness. My successful Integrated Dynamic Fertility™ program offers a unique blending of eastern and western medicine integrated with essential oils, healing meditations, and spiritual awareness practices. I graduated from Washington University in 1972 and hold an MSW from St. Louis University. I received my Masters of Science in Oriental Medicine, specializing in Acupuncture and Chinese Herbs, from Midwest College of Oriental Medicine, one of the oldest Acupuncture schools in America. I am a Diplomate of the National Certification Commission on Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM), National Board Certified, and licensed to practice in Illinois, Wisconsin, and Arizona.

I began my healthcare career as a clinical psychotherapist in the 1970’s and developed that into a successful consulting practice that included a wide range of services to business and industry. Eventually I evolved into a full-time natural healthcare practitioner specializing in fertility and women’s health issues. I have been published in professional journals and am one of the authors featured in the book Dynamic Health, with Dr. Bernie Siegel and Dr. Earl Mindell. I am also completing my PhD.

What is your fee range:
Our initial consultation is free. Because of the nature of our program, we do not charge by the visit. We work out a treatment plan for the couple based upon their needs. We offer payment plans and do everything we can to make the program as affordable as possible. Charges for our FertileSpirit™ Retreats vary and are based upon retreat duration and its location. I share my Divine Light by spreading Spirit’s light out to the world by using my intuition and spiritual training to help people connect with their spiritual selves. As each person is touched by this light and truth, they too learn to shine their light. When they reconnect with spirit and shine their light, the Divine spark of creation is lit and new life can begin. I share my light by helping people get in touch with the spirit of the child that is meant for them. I accomplish this through a variety of modalities including emotional releasing with therapeutic grade essential oils, meditations, and affirmations.

Describe a typical session and how someone might prepare for it:
I use my intuitive abilities to select and apply essential oils to remove their emotional and spiritual blockages that are keeping them from conceiving. I then assign meditations and affirmations to say at home to continue their spiritual growth process. This helps them to further their journey to discover the spiritual path to their FertileSpirit™ and their “Spirit Baby”. All they need to do is come with an open mind and heart and a willingness to find hope. As they move past the fear, anger, sadness and worry that is holding them back, they experience a “letting go” that is very powerful.

What makes you different/good at what you do:
I have traveled the same path that these couples have traveled with my own fertility challenges and have experienced all the trauma they have including an inability to get pregnant, miscarriage, adoption and losing one of my children 3 ½ years ago. Therefore, I have chosen to use my gifts to help others realize their dream of becoming a parent. I have walked in their shoes and found hope. Now I spread that hope to others.

Describe your education/training:
I graduated from Suffolk College in New York. I have been trained by Dr. Doreen Virtue as a spiritual intuitive and Angel Therapy Practitioner. I have also been trained by Dr. David Stewart in the application of therapeutic grade essential oils to remove emotional blocks.

What are some benefits/results people see:
Enhanced fertility and an easier pregnancy. In general, people who are balanced lead healthier and more productive lives. We have wellness based post-partum programs that help couples reduce their fatigue and stress, have more energy, and thus feel happy with who they are, where they are going in life, and be better able to enjoy their newborn baby.

Describe a typical session and how someone might prepare for it:
Because no two people are the same there is never the exact same treatment given from visit to visit. Most patients see the doctor anywhere from 15 to 30 minutes. A typical session involves minimal if any Chiropractic Spinal Adjustments. The doctor is more interested in indirect and low force ways at getting the spine to re-align and the muscles to relax. There is no preparation needed. The patient only needs to bring their mind, body, spirit, and a pair of shorts to change into.

What makes you different/good at what you do:
I think of the body as one organism that has many parts that need to be balanced and working together for a person to be healthy.

Describe your education/training:
I graduated from the prestigious Logan College of Chiropractic in St. Louis, Missouri. I am Certified in Pediatric Chiropractic and currently pursuing further advanced training through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association. I specialize in a gentle prenatal structural balancing and cranial sacral therapy as well as soft tissue work specifically tailored to enhance fertility through improved blood flow, tissue relaxation, and structural stability of the pelvis.
