Social/Leisure

Social and leisure activities can nourish us physically, mentally and emotionally. The balance we create between time spent at work and social or leisure activities can have a positive effect on our sense of well-being and improve our relationship to ourselves, family, and friends. Some people experience social phobias, causing them to have fear or anxiety of social situations involving interaction with other people. They may seem to be shy, withdrawn, inhibited, unfriendly nervous or aloof. Having social anxiety can prevent them from doing the things they want or fully enjoying their life.
