Satisfying sexuality can enhance our lives in many ways. It can increase our vitality, create a sense of well-being, strengthen our relationship with our partner and bring through a connection to the divine. Lack of sex drive or loss of libido may stem from either physical or psychological causes. Stress, depression, alcohol and drugs, hormonal imbalances, painful past experiences, poor body image or an inability to communicate can reduce one’s satisfaction with sex.
