Self Esteem

Having high self-esteem is an important aspect of life and will enable you to live life to the fullest. The development of healthy self-esteem is important to the health, happiness and success of children, teenagers and adults alike. Low self esteem can be the result of a poor self image based on a self-attitude attitude about personal value, achievements, purpose, potential, social status or abilities. Causes and Approaches

Low self esteem can be a vague feeling of not quite liking yourself or some aspect of yourself. A dissatisfaction that you are not good enough in some way.

Mindfulness meditation can help you identify the negative messages you are saying to yourself and find ways to look at yourself less crtically.

Reverend Cherise Thorne, Intuitive Soul Healing & Counseling | Profile
Your perceptions of your self: your abilities, self value, worth, nature of existence, reason for living and right to personal spirituality all contribute to the quality of life you will experience. Thoughts and belief systems handed down by your family and society and past conditioned or karmic energy may cloud your Soul from being able to manifest and consciously create a fulfilling and enjoyable life. By reflecting on what your truths are about your self and what you think you are and deserve to be, you can release old dogmas limiting your path to a self-esteem that can create a life filled with joy, harmony and peace. By walking to the beat of your own drum you can sing your Soul’s song to freedom and peace.

Mistaken identity is the cause for all pain and suffering in is world; identifying with all that you are not while forgetting and denying all that you are, is grievous to the Soul that wants to fulfill its divine right to know itself as the Spirit that created all of existence so that it could one day get the chance to enjoy it. I focus on facilitating how to remember the true origin of the Soul and live according to those truths through energetic clearing and reflection of your aura, akashic records/past lives, understanding your natal/transit chart, and accessing the higher wisdom from All That Is, the Spirit within.

Clutter Clearing
When we hold onto things and relationships we no longer need or that no longer suit us, we send a message that we don't trust that more is available to us. By clearing our clutter, we send the message that we believe we are worthy of having quality, goodness and abundance in our lives.

Hypnotherapy
Hypnotherapy is highly effective to support self-esteem by approaching the subconscious mind, the part of the mind, where emotions, negative self-talk and habits reside. The techniques involve hypnosis, relaxation, positive suggestion, imagery, self-hypnosis and some mind-body techniques for positive change.

Hypnotherapy can address self-esteem issues in several ways. Hypnotherapy is a state of deep relaxation for both body and mind. A person who has a constant state of low self-esteem may never have experienced this type of relaxation before. Feelings of low self-esteem can be held in the body as well as the mind and emotions, so simply introducing their body to what it feels like to be fully relaxed can release some of the tension that accompanies low self-esteem. Hypnotherapy also creates an "anchor", which is a signal that one can use to access this state of relaxation. When the anchor is activated, the body is conditioned to respond by moving into a relaxed state. This can be accompanied by affirmations, which serve to calm and center the conscious mind. The relaxed state and the affirmations give a person tools that they can use to replace the critical or self-defeating thoughts that accompany low self-esteem with positive, loving thoughts. When this is done regularly, the new, supportive and loving thoughts seep into the subconscious and begin to feel natural and right. At its deepest level, hypnotherapy uncovers the source of the low self-esteem and allows it to be released, so that the negative thoughts and feelings are not triggered as easily. Our natural state of loving acceptance of others and ourselves is restored.

Workshops
Interactive workshops provide a combination of education that explores the sources of low self esteem and an opportunity for each member's concerns to be understood, validated and honored by other women. Moreover, each woman feels empowered by the responses of the other women to her willingness to share her "true self".
