Seasonal Affective Disorder with Dr. Tom Bayne

Seasonal affective disorder (SAD) is characterized by symptoms of depression, anxiety, poor sleeping patterns and a loss of energy. Although many people experience symptoms related to SAD, it takes an individualized approach to effectively treat the condition. Diagnostic testing, nutritional and botanical support, exercise, infrared sauna therapy and light therapy will be discussed. The lectures will include treatment options as well as preventative strategies for those not presently experiencing symptoms of SAD.
