My intention is to help as many people as possible choose health, get well, stay well, and live life. The power that made the body heals the body. My purpose is to empower, inspire, and educate people to take responsibility of their health. Most of all, to enhance healing by helping to remove interference caused by trauma, thoughts, and toxicity.

Services

Services and products

Describe your services:
Bioenergetic Synchronization Technique (B.E.S.T.): A physical yet gentle and non-forceful energy balancing technique that is used by the hands to reestablish the full healing potential of the body. The communication between the mind, body, and spirit are enhanced to promote optimal function, healing, and subconscious emotional updating.
Chiropractic Care: Gentle chiropractic adjustments are used to remove Subluxations or Nervous System Interference patterns along the spine that are a result of the effects of chemical, physical, and emotional stress on the body. Chiropractic care helps to improve the body's innate ability to heal itself.
Acupuncture: A health science that has been around for over 5000 years. Needles, acupressure, laser or electric stimulation may be used to unblock or balance your body's energy flow or "chi". This allows the natural energy network to work in harmony with the systems of the body and to allow natural healing to occur.
Neurostructural Integration Technique (N.S.T.): NST is a remarkably effective and gently soft tissue manipulation technique that helps to initiate a process of natural auto-regulation and healing to occur in the spinal column and consequently throughout the whole body.
Nutritional Counseling: Specific recommendations are provided on nutritional supplements and healthy choices on what to eat. We follow the simple rule: Alkalize to optimize.
Holistic Health: Our approach to health and healing addresses the individual as a whole in relation to their lifestyle, lifestyle choices, and their adaptation to chronic stress (physical, nutritional, and emotional)
Wellness Care: Affordable yearly programs for individuals and families that desire a continuous proactive healthy lifestyle.
Lifestyle Coaching: Individuals are guided by Dr. Jaena Stanley-Gonzaga to embrace their personal power so as to make health promoting choices each and every day in what they eat, what they drink, how they breathe, how they exercise, how they rest, and, most of all, what they think.

How does your healing modality work?
There are three main things that cause sickness and disease. They are trauma, thoughts, and toxins. These three stressors can abruptly or over a period of time interfere with and shut down normal function and healing of the human body. Each experience and emotion in your life is stored in memory in your subconscious mind. Your subconscious mind controls your body automatically with the purpose to stay alive and to maintain balance instinctively. Through chronic experiences of physical, nutritional, or emotional imbalances, the subconscious will trigger the survival response 24 hours a day 7 days a week. If you are surviving you are not healing.
The intention of Bioenergetic Synchronization Technique is to get to the cause of your health problem by addressing the physical, emotional, and nutritional imbalances due to lifestyle choices. BEST is a gentle hands-on energy technique to help synchronize the conscious and subconscious mind in a positive and beneficial way. BEST helps to remove interference within the body associated with subconscious emotional override, toxicity, and physical trauma. Since the body is genetically programmed to heal itself, BEST removes the road blocks to allow this natural phenomenon to happen.

How do you see your services evolving over the next three years?
My services will continue to inspire and empower people to take responsibility of their health. This means education. Knowledge is power. More health and lifestyle enhancing workshops in which people are taught to think with their gut and to learn techniques to allow whole brain integration. Most of all, to teach individuals techniques to enhance healing in between sessions. Care will continue to be specific to the individual.

Unique

Healing philosophy or mission

The power that made the body heals the body. You were once a single spec in the universe that multiplied to several trillions of cells to be YOU. That intelligence did not leave you when you were born. That intelligence is still with you. This intelligence is the same intelligence that runs the universe. Trust it. There is just too much physical, emotional, and nutritional static in the way. Your mind and body are disconnected from this intelligence and cannot get the timely message to heal. All you are doing is adapting and responding perfectly to chronic stress. Your mind and body is too busy surviving!! Let's help it out of survival and into healing.

Uniqueness and what makes you good

Describe your style or approach:

What makes you different/good at what you do?
I listen to the needs and wants of the patient and of the body. I am caring and passionate in what I do. I know that it is not what I do but who I am that helps people heal. I continue to improve myself in every way so that I can help more people and broaden my scope of practice. I have a big heart. I am just like everyone else. I am on my own journey of personal improvement in health and life. My past experiences and health challenges have taught me that I can heal myself and help others do the same. I see hope and infinite possibilities in everything and everyone. Every recommendation that I have given to my patients, I have experienced myself. I know for certain that miracles are a part of life.

Appointment length and fee range

How long is a typical session?
Depends on what your body needs.
B.E.S.T.: Time can range from 5 minutes to 20 minutes.
Chiropractic: 5 to 10 minutes
N.S.T.: 10 to 20 minutes
Acupuncture: 20 minutes.

Fee Range
Initial check up is $160. Treatments range from $55 to $100 per session.

Typical session and how to prepare:

Describe a typical session:
A balancing session is a one on one approach. The atmosphere is relaxed as soothing music is played. The patient lies face up on the table. Muscle testing is used to see how certain thoughts and feelings can cause distress on the body. Muscle weakness indicates that the thought is so profound that it literally short circuits physiological function.
Specific thoughts are pinpointed that are associated with either their emotional, physical, or nutritional complaint both conscious and subconscious. Patient thinks of the thought. Balancing points, feeling, eye position, breathing, and number are determined for the adjustment. Points are held until energetic pulses synchronize.
Balancing is repeated until priority interference patterns for that day has been neutralized. Hence, healing begins. The patient can be balanced face up to address subconscious emotional override or face down to address imbalances in the sympathetic or parasympathetic systems of the body.

How should someone prepare for a session?
Call ahead of time to make an appointment for an initial check up to see how your mind and body are adapting to physical, emotional and nutritional stress. Please fill out paperwork completely before your first appointment. Come with an open mind and the belief that you have the ability to heal yourself.
