Mission

Describe your center’s mission:
Our mission is to help each patient get through their imbalance or medical issue in the most whole, happy, and individualized way.
We provide integrative therapy options based on an individual’s symptoms through various subjective and objective testing and consultation methods.

As founder/owner, why did you start/buy your center?
I feel medicine and healing is best optimized when a person is offered all the possible choices through very individualized testing and assessments. One reason I opened my private practice was to be able to help people through the best testing, supplements and healing tools without financial obligations, contracts or having to refer in-house. I also have the freedom to go to many continuing education seminars so that I can keep up with the newest and best medical nutrition therapy research. Owning my own practice enables me to do what is best for patients

Services

What services/mix of modalities does your center offer?
Many of our current clients initially came to Nutrition, Connection, Balance because they were tired of simply having their symptoms treated without looking for the root cause of their health issue.
We help patients to get back to healthy living practices and head towards optimal wellness.
Areas of Interest Include:
• Hormone health
• Adrenal health (fatigue)
• Mood/neurotransmitter imbalances
• Sports performance
• Food sensitivities
• Gastrointestinal health (IBS, crohns, celiac, constipation etc.)
• Weight management
• Reiki
*We offer many progressive types of testing such as saliva, urine, some blood testing and hair tissue mineral analysis.

Does your center focus on a particular type of clientele?
We have about 10% children and teens, 25% men and the rest are typically women between 35-65 yrs old.
Do you take insurance?
We do not but some insurance companies may pay for a portion of urine or saliva testing.
Do you have a cancellation policy?
Yes, NCB has a 72 hr cancellation policy. Full payment of the missed consultation is required if you miss an apt. We want you to value your consultation and often it takes 1-6 weeks to get an initial appointment.

Center Synergies

Specifically describe teamwork at your center and how it enhances client care.
We will gladly send a note to your current physician or health professional to inform them of what assessments, nutrition and therapies we recommend. We will also fax over test results and write a letter requesting some testing be done so that insurance may cover certain blood tests. If further discussion is needed then we will call, e-mail or even text that professional to communicate so that the patient benefits.

Personal history of some of the main difficulties we see at our practice. They must have a true connection to being healthy, happy, caring about themselves and others and have a connection to world consciousness and how it affects everyone in the Universe.
