My experience with hormones has been full time since I first put together a hormone health program at a compounding pharmacy in 2002. I have 8 & ½ yrs of experience with thousands of men, women and teens. I have competed in 3 marathons, 2 natural body building competitions, and played many sports including softball and tennis through my early school years. I have worked with all levels of athletes and physically active men and women since 1994.Describe your education/training:
I have a Bachelor’s degree in Food and Nutrition Science, completed a Medical Nutrition Therapy Internship at the Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland, Ohio, added a Pharmacy Technician License when I was the director of a compounding pharmacy from 2002 through 2005, became a Reiki Master and started Reiki classes in 2003 and then added the Advanced Health and Fitness Specialist through the American Council on Exercise (ACE). I attend many continuing education seminars, lectures and workshops as well as being an avid reader, sought after health and hormone speaker and now book author.What is your fee range:
$85.00 (follow-up consultations) – $175.00 (initial consultations)

I am a Dietary Technician who empathetically works with patients suffering from gastrointestinal issues, food sensitivities, fatigue, anxiety, depression, behavior disorders, weight issues, skin problems, chronic headaches/migraines and general nutrition needs.What are some benefits/results people see:
Benefits that patients may experience are relief from stomach discomfort, more energy, improved mood and well being, weight loss, headache/migraine relief, behavior improvements, and/or clearer skin.Describe a typical session and how someone might prepare for it:
An initial consultation will run between 60-75 minutes. During this time we will discuss their medical history as well as a thorough assessment of their current health. A patient can prepare for an appointment by bringing in any lab work they have had done in the past few years, as well as any questions or concerns that they want to have addressed within the first appointment.What makes you different/good at what you do:
At NCB we make it our priority to focus on whole body wellness and finding the root of the ailment, not just treating the symptoms. Also we offer individualization of all testing and protocols, with the knowledge that each patient is different and what works for one person may not work for another.

Bachelors of Science in Psychology and Dietetics as well as a Dietetic internship at a functional medical facility in Park Ridge, Illinois.What is your fee range:
