Chicago Healers is a Gold Level Sponsor for the Naturally Healthy Children’s Expo this fall on Navy Pier. We will have 2 booths for 2 days with a local practitioner resource table, mini-healing stations and some Chicago Healers speakers on the Main Stage. The Expo will have exhibitors, a Main Stage for lectures, an organic kitchen area, a reading and gardening area, an activities area, a fun, fitness and music stage and a healthy home stage. The hours are 10-6 Saturday and 10-5 Sunday. Come for an educational and fun day for the whole family!

Chicago Healers will have a resource booth and Practitioner Dr. Jaena Gonzaga, D.C. will speak to Healing: The Emotional Connection. The Theosophical Society is a nationally known spiritual and educational center with the highly regarded Quest Bookstore. This one day festival has lectures and workshops, family and children’s activities, resource booths, a labyrinth walk, a drumming circle and more.

2) Intro to Acupuncture for Whole Health

There are lectures, demonstrations and classes throughout the day. Chicago Healers had a resource booth and Practitioner Susan Atchison, Aromatherapist, spoke about The ABC’s of Essential Oils. She discussed plants and flowers and their healing properties in a most impressive garden atmosphere.

2) The Mouth and How It Can Affect Your Medical Health

Chicago Healers supported the Mayor’s Fitness Council at the Forth Annual Chicago Moves Day on May 18, 2007. The event, held at Daley Plaza, is the kick-off for the citywide Mayor’s Fitness Council Challenge. The Challenge is a call to action to get Chicagoans to start moving to fight obesity.
