Services
Describe your services:
I inspire and empower Spiritual Nourishment through coaching, conscious awareness and ‘digestion’ of difficulties into Life Force we can more easily use toward our desired goals and Life Purpose.
I draw on a blend of several techniques, including The Way of the Heart practices, breath, Feng Shui, music/toning and creative expression. How does your healing modality work?
The Way of the Heart works with the fields of all life, that which informs our life and holds the blueprint, creating the life we live. Through an “energetic field process” which is based on numbers and geometry, a Way is offered to transform self-identity, patterns, problems and difficulties and to deepen divine self-awareness, intuition and the power to act from the deep freedom of real choice.
The way of the Heart is a blending of causal field, shadow work, intention and breath work. This combination creates a process and outcome profoundly deep and unique, yet encompasses and supports all other paths. How do you see your services evolving over the next three years?
I see greater movement and transformation happening in less time, as people step up to change with greater creativity, willingness and consciousness of what their transformation offers to all life.
As my individual clients progress form a more self empowered place, I see my self doing more teaching and inspiring with groups.

Emotional challengesWho is an ideal client?
My clients have a strong motivation and willingness to change-and make the change with compassion and grace. They bring humility and honesty re what’s working or not working in their life as well as the willingness to face their comfort zone and unconscious patterns / behaviors. They have the extra energy that change requires because their commitment and meaning for that change is stronger than the perceived ‘obstacles” or attachment to drama or pain. What makes you different/good at what you do?
Humility and compassion give me the ability to see what’s transpiring behind what appears.
I have personal experience in playing the role of drama queen, victim, etc. and know the ins and outs of family beliefs passed down the generational line. I help clients recognize where the patterns are playing out in their life and call it for what it is, a compensatory ‘program’ or behavior. These patterns will drain life force if allowed to run unchecked. Ultimately, the ‘problem’ playing out is really calling forth latent qualities to be redeemed/transformed into user friendly life force.Philosophy/Approach
Describe your healing philosophy:
I believe that when we are awake and compassionate in our lives, whether in times of great pain, minor challenge or beautiful flow, we are able to digest our experience and be richly nourished – beyond our physical, mental and emotional awareness. In this place of Spiritual Nourishment, all that we do reveals an essence of wholeness that also has a nourishing effect on the environment and community around us.
We gain courage, strength and increased energy when we ‘digest’ old wounds into Life Force wee can truly use. This gives us the extra emotional space required to discover and nurture the qualities we are being called to develop. I stand for what is possible, honoring individual intention and divine will.Describe your style or approach:
In my practice, I seek to honor your specific need/desire as well as overall Highest interest. We work together with Spirit, compassion, creativity and humor. What I ask of my clients is willingness to be willing to recognize and honor perceived shortcomings as well as to change patterns that no longer work. We will co-create with the infinite possibilities available. Why do you do what you do?
I have a passion for transformation, the remarkable breakthroughs that are possible for each of us, as individuals and humanity as a whole. I’m driven by a deep desire to be part of the solution to our world’s challenges. I love to see people empowered to stand up for their life, their love, their truth and consciousness of the divine within and in each other. I have a dream that people as individuals, communities and countries can recognize the gift of this life, who they are here to become and what they are here to offer. I feel strongly that we will change our world most gracefully when we take self-responsibility to address change as an inside job. We are the ones we’ve been waiting for.

14yearsWhat to expect
Describe a typical session:
Sessions are done sitting in a chair and will engage the client in calling up (in a safe and compassionate way) the stressors around their goal. ( When stress increases, energy is drained or ‘locked down”.) ,
I use kinesiology (muscle testing, a form of biofeedback) to clarify what the body is asking for, and in what order of priority in terms of de-stressing and reeducation (like rewriting info on a CD) to be able to face and move toward the desired goal free of inherited (false) beliefs, negative impressions and self sabotage patterns.
As we reeducate (based on what the body asks for with kinesiology), some clients may have a felt sense of energy moving or physical tightness easing in the body. For others the shifts may not be physically felt as much as experienced when they go on to take action re their goal.
When we complete the session, the initial stressors are neutralized and the previously unavailable energy becomes impetus to move toward the goal. You will be asked to take a tangible action related to your goal. (The session opens the path energetically and your action anchors that, allowing you to be open to and keep moving toward the next steps of your goal
Every session is as unique as the individual receiving it and the longing they bring. How long is a typical session?
