Lose Weight While You Sleep!

Lose weight while you sleep! Really? That sounds too good to be true.  Seriously, lay down in your bed and get 7-8 hours of sleep every night and you will lose weight.  Okay, you know what they say about things that sound too good to be true?  They probably are…so, although not entirely true, sleep is an important factor in weight loss. Reuters reported a couple weeks ago that women who can’t fall asleep or stay asleep gain up to 11 pounds more over a 5-7 year period than those who have normal sleep patterns. This is
