I have lost and gained weight so many times in my life that I can hardly remember.
Sometimes it surprises me when I recall how many diet plans I have tried over the years.
And I don’t even want to talk about all the money I have spent…
But the most painful thing was not the money; it was the feelings that followed gaining the weight back time after time.. I stuck to the strict menus, I exercised as often as possible, but the weight kept coming back. I felt so weak, as if I had no control over my life whatsoever.
